We arrived in San Diego on Sunday May 25th. Emma kept saying that we were going to "San Diego's" house--meaning Diego, Dora the Explorer's cousin. We never did make it to see him, but since it was Sunday, we decided to see several local temples. Here we are at the San Diego temple.
Funny story: As we were leaving the San Diego temple, we saw another family that looked familiar. We got a little closer and saw that it was Ryan & Erin Ferguson, who live in Arizona. Both the Ryan's attended grad school together at ASU. They were on a trip to Sea World, but had decided to spend Sunday as we had. It was great to see them.
Later that day we visited the Newport temple. It is a full sized temple, with the most beautiful grounds that I have ever seen. There was a group of kids there on a graduation trip from Mesa AZ. What a small world.
We also had the chance to visit some friends, the Haslam family, in Long Beach. They had us over for dinner and we enjoyed visiting them. Here are all the kids at the dinner table, enjoying some of Sam's delicious chicken, and Tracy's homemade rolls. Emma asked to take some back to our hotel; Sam obliged!

We really like your blogspot! It's great to see all the photos of Tanner, Abby and Emma doing "their own things"! The vacation photos look like a ton of fun! Thanks for sharing with us! We are thinking of names for a "Baby Girl" for you. How about "Isabella Ann" or "Keira Lyn"--two pretty good names!!! LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH! Dad & Mom H. (Grandpa and Grandma)
