"Wrapping Up" October Activities

This month has been full of some great things-but I am mostly glad that it is over! It was BUSY! Tanner finished out his football season with scoring the most touchdown in every game he had. His last 2 games were fantastic and he did really well.
In school, we wrapped up another quarter, and both Emma & Abby received the "Principal's Award" this quarter, and several other awards. Tanner got 3 A+'s and 4 A's on his report card and the Principal wrote us a letter to congratulate him and us. He also got a gold card at school beause of his grades. This allows him to get lots of free stuff! He's pretty excited.
We also enjoyed Halloween. Last Friday, the kids went to a friend party in Monument, we had the Ward Party that night, and then a small party for a few families on Saturday night. One of our games was "wrapping up" the moms in each family like mummies. (See the picture above) On Sunday the kids had the Primary Program at church, and that night we made doughnuts. Keira enjoyed the festivities of the weekend, but mostly she enjoyed eating Halloween cereal on Sunday morning!
